Dr. Stupak is a Board Certified Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and a Board Certified Otolaryngologist/Head and Neck Surgeon. He is an Associate Professor of Clinical Otolaryngology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. He is the Director of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at Jacobi Medical Center in Bronx NY, an HHC Hospital and Level I Trauma Center, where he has been since 2006, and even earlier as a student (1994). He is the author of Rethinking Rhinoplasty and Facial Surgery(Springer 2020) and the inventor of 2 major surgical devices that have been commercialized by major corporations and conducts clinical research in his university position. He focuses mostly on trauma, sleep disorder research, and ENT at environmental extremes including aerospace.
He graduated from Emory University for his undergraduate training in 1994, attending the Albert Einstein college of medicine for MD degree with a distinction in research. Internship and Residency were conducted at UCSF (the University of California at San Francisco). Finally, Fellowship was undertaken at Tulane University with Calvin M. Johnson, MD in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
